Manufactured in the USA and built to perform, these units are perfectly suited to handle all hobby and production applications. Cabinets come standard with siphon fed functionality and are available in 42” x 26”, 48” x 36” or 54” x 46” working dimensions. Available dust collector options include 100 CFM bag style system, 500 CFM cartridge style system and 900 CFM cartridge style system featuring a reverse pulse function. An optional 500 &900 CFM reclaimer is also available to work in tandem with their respective dust collectors for applications where finer abrasives are used. Additional wear options such as abrasion resistant curtains and track/turntable upgrades are available. For applications requiring maximum cleaning efficiency and increased production, cabinets can be modified with a modular direct pressure feed system that features a 1.5 cubic foot pressure vessel and 900 CFM dust collector/reclaimer. Listed below is a CFM consumption chart that helps illustrate the air requirements for each nozzle/air jet setup. This information can be used to ensure you have a properly sized air compressor available to use with these systems.

Direct Pressure System Upgrade

The direct pressure system upgrade offers massive increases in blast cleaning rates and overall production/throughput. This modular system sits alongside the blast cabinet pulling out dust and debris, separating good material from trash and returning that clean material back into the pressure vessel for reuse. This allows the user to continually blast with clean material and maximize abrasive lifespan and efficiency. The direct pressure unit features a 1.5 cubic foot pressure vessel equipped with a micro metering valve for precise control of abrasive flow. Extraction and separation are achieved using the 2HP/900 CFM dust collector and reclaim system.

RB100 Dust Collector

The RB100 dust collector was designed for use with most small and medium sized cabinets. The integrated 1/3 HP motor pulls a consistent 100 CFM ensuring that the work area stays clean and that clear visibility is maintained while blasting.

RB500 Dust Collector

The RB500 is a cartridge style dust collector designed for use with all size cabinets. Its large motor pulls a consistent 500+ CFM ensuring maximum visibility during the blasting process. The RB500’s unique design allows for top loading of the filter cartridge thus ensuring a tight seal with no leaks. Cleaning of the cartridge is achieved by manually pulsing the system via external lever. This pulsation allows for dust to break loose from the cartridge and flow down the sump at the base of the unit where it can be emptied and disposed of. This unit can be coupled with the RB500 reclaim unit to create a highly efficient all-in-one dust collection/recovery system.

RB900 Dust Collector

The RB900 is a cartridge style dust collector designed for use with all size cabinets. Its large 2HP motor pulls a consistent 900 CFM ensuring maximum visibility during the blasting process. The RB900’s unique design allows for top loading of the filter cartridge thus ensuring a tight seal with no leaks. Cleaning of the cartridge is achieved by manually pulsing the system via external lever. 500 & 900 CFM Reclaim Units

The RB500R and RB900R reclaim units are designed to work in tandem with their respective dust collectors giving the operator the ability to separate good clean abrasive from the dust and debris collected during the blasting process. Once the clean abrasive is separated from the “trash”, it is returned to the cabinet to be used again. Proper reclaiming and reusing of abrasive will help to get the most of the material’s lifespan, maximizing return on material costs and reducing unnecessary waste. The RB500R is capable of being mounted directly to the body of the cabinet or to the side of the RB500 dust collector. The RB900R is a standalone unit. Both units are made from 12-gauge steel and hand welded to prevent seems or potential leaks.

Note: It is important to have a compressor that can accommodate one nozzle size larger than what you will be using. This will account for the inevitable wear to the nozzle which will increase the required amount of CFM.

Clemco BNP Series

Clemco’s BNP series cabinets are the flagship of the ZERO® product line. These are well-built systems with endless options available to accommodate both small-time and large-scale production applications. BNP’s are available in suction or pressure fed configurations, each with their own dust collector/reclaimer options.
